Due to the increase in assistance needed by many families due to loss of work and benefits, we have created CareFinder – to help match needs with volunteers available to fulfill those.
Whether you need help – or you can help, visit CareFinder here !
Here are some ways you can be the church during the time that we aren’t together. While we are called to “Social Distance” ourselves to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we can still be “Digitally Connected” with each other! Phone a friend, check on a neighbor, donate food to a local food pantry to assist those in need, find a need you can help with, write notes of encouragement and mail them to friends, family, especially the elderly in your community, share positivity on your social media sites, use sites like Zoom or Google Hangouts or Facebook messenger to create an online chat room with your family and friends, create a YouVersion bible plan with friends, Host a Netflix watch party……..get creative church!
